Whilst practicing the Pilates method, she gained a better understanding and gratitude for this form of exercise. She also noticed the time teaching Pilates was empowering and allowed interpersonal interaction which makes it more enjoyable. To compliment her skills and passion, Jess became a Barre Instructor. In addition to her versatile dance background, Jessica is a competent personal trainer and fitness professional. Outside from her dancing life, Jessica enjoys a Chad Latte and a good book.
