All fares advertised are in Australian dollars, per person, for one way travel only. Australian Federal and State Government Regulations forbid smoking, the consumption of alcohol and the conveyance or ingestion of illicit drugs on coaches. We strongly advocate that all infants children transient on any Firefly Express service, are restrained in an appropriate child restraint or booster seat that is applicable to their age or size, as is considered an good restraint booster by Road Safety Road Rules 2009. Where the child is of a suitable age size, as a least the seat belts provided should be used. Travel insurance is highly recommended when making all travel arrangements. The Company, and or its agents will not be responsible for any inconvenience, or loss occasioned to delays to services and surplus cost of accommodation, transport and associated expenses and this includes harmful weather. The company, and or its agents, reserve the correct to veto carriage of any person on any service and to unfasten any person from any service for any reason or in the interest of other passengers. Timetables and fares are subject to alteration without notice. Meals or refreshments are not provided by the company, although stopovers en route will be provided. Firefly Coaches will transfer your booking to the after available service on a Firefly service only. Insurance on freight sent with Firefly is not supplied by Firefly, therefore it is expected and recommended that the sender take out enough insurance to cover the replacement cost of items being freighted, as either envelope satchel, parcel of bulk freight. Freight to be collected en route in any store other than a Firefly office will incur a loading fee of 10.00 per item. On measuring, if any dimension (as listed below) is exceeded then the following size cost will be applied. Be an excellent listener and communicator. Have the ability to grasp and trail directions. This role involves the making of Reservations and providing assistance on behalf of the public and to Travel Agents. Critical Responsibilities Ensure all travel bookings are handled in a professional manner. Ensure all travel bookings are made correctly and according to passenger requirements. Ensure that customer service is of the uppermost standard. Opening of office and set up for days trading. Ability to communicate effectively and work within a small team environment.
